Overview

Type: Ocean, Boat Dive (Panga)
Partner: Tobias N.

Dove the southwestern tail of Isla Ballena, a small island just south of Ensenada Candelero. Max depth 18.9 meters, bottom temperature 22 degrees. Previously (2023) dove the northwestern section. Landed in jumbled rocks, moving west along the sand-rock interface. Good amount of fish. Many sea-stars. Several green morray eels. Nice, easy, dive. Much of the rock reef is silt covered. Highlight of the dive was spotting a Seahorse! Good dive.
